There are host of laws; Corporate Laws, Taxation laws, Commercial Laws, Employment Laws, Environmental Laws, Industries Laws, Local Laws, Foreign Trade Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, requiring specific registration, license, enrolment to enable the corporation to carry on its business.
